We start with a marketing audit, which gives us more information about your customers and target market and what marketing platforms, collateral, and tactics you use to attract and retain business. We also look at what you have and your actions to optimise each customer journey stage.

We gather all the necessary information to create your Marketing Action Plan (MAP) and present it within 7 days.

This gives you the road map for your marketing. You can carry this out yourself or work with us to execute the actions in the plan. By working without a company, you get the systems, structure, processes, and project management to control your marketing activity.
